HOW TO OPERATE

After placing the test cap on the edge to be tested, immediately use 0.68KG force to move 2 inches along the edge, and then return to the starting point for a total distance of 4 inches.

After the test, check the test cap. If the two outermost layers (simulated skin) on the test cap are scratched, it indicates that the test edge is a sharp edge.

FORCE VALUE ADJUSTMENT

Loosen the screw. Press the test head on the electronic scale and apply pressure. If the force value is too small, please elongate the test rod; If the force value is too large, shorten the test rod; Tighten the screws when done.
